Nathalie, Anthony (and Leon & Etienne) welcome you into our bed & breakfast - Ambrosia Guesthouse.
Anthony runs the day-to-day business and you’ll meet him at check-ins and -outs, or at breakfast. He ensures the smooth running of the business with the guest at its heart and when not busy catering for you, he manages the rooms and reservations.
Nathalie enfolds her creative love in the kitchen and on decoration. One of her main focus is on delivering and evolving our sustainability promise, being part of the local community and business and thinking ahead and of possible new exciting ventures.
Hospitality runs in our family and we have always envisaged running a bed and breakfast. Although it did happen far quicker than anticipated. After our initial five year trial with a ‘baby bed and breakfast’, three rooms in our family home, we are excited to have grown up and now welcome you in our eight room bed and breakfast!

Key to the Ambrosia B&B success and with the launch of Ambrosia Guesthouse are Jean-Claude and Susi Wermeille, Nathalie’s parents.
Jean-Claude’s knowledge, skills and experience as a hotelier are priceless and he has been our advisor and helping hand since we started this dream. You’ll spot Jean-Claude now and then on check-ins or breakfast duties and else he’ll be tapping away on his laptop helping running the business from behind the scenes.
Juggling work and family can be super tricky but is made much easier by Susi being an amazing Oma and helping with our boys. And when she doesn’t do this, her former career as a hotel gouvernante will be revived and we expect her eagle eye spotting anything we might have missed.
